Philosophy

Training to run a marathon is not training for health… but running a marathon is great with personalized training.

Extreme muscle growth is not training for health… but proper muscle training is required that balances the body and mind.

Training for health does not mean training more than 14 hours a week… but if you like fitness at the highest level, it is worth following a suitable program.

Training for health is not training 2h per week… but with a proper program of 2 sessions per week you can already obtain benefits.

  • I make a personalized Program according to professional life and particular conditions.
  • I supervise and control the training “on site” at agreed times.
  • I supervise and control the “online” training by phone and WhatsApp.
  • I present the schedule, statistics, evaluations and sessions.
  • I advise on dietary habits and improve the diet according to the characteristics of the person.
  • I advise on issues related to physical activity and sport.
  • I am fully available to the client via telephone and “online” all hours of the week.
